GCS Orange Beach NOV/2008 Package Prices

GREAT NEWS!!!
 We were able to keep our 
2008 Package Prices the same as 2007 :-)

Package prices have been officially posted for GCS Orange Beach NOV/2008: 

All Packages include:

• your cropping space  (3'x30"); 

• access to vendors; 

• unstoppable cropping ; 

• contests and prizes to win!!;  

• access to our "Tool Table"; 

• taxes and gratuities charged by the hotel; 

• Cropping Parties;

• lots of fun for you and your scrapping buddies!!!   

Local Packages (no hotel rooms):

• Thursday from 2 PM till 10 PM
• Friday from 8 AM till Sunday at 12 Noon

• Friday from 8 AM till Sunday at 12 Noon

• Saturday from 8 AM till Sunday at 12 Noon

• Friday from 8 AM till Saturday at 7 AM
• Friday only crop packages will be available and offered on a waitlist as they become available

Hotel Packages:

All scrappers staying in the same hotel room are required to register for the same package.  The hotel package prices are based on the number of scrappers sharing a hotel room.

The Hotel Package prices do not include incidentals that are offered by the hotel such as  local phone call charges, long distance phone call charges, room service, laundry service, pay movies, roll-a-way beds, etc.  The hotel can require that you post a cash deposit or present a credit card upon check-in to cover incidental charges that you request. 

Hotel Package #1
Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday Crop & Hotel Package

• Thursday from 2 PM till 10 PM
• Friday from 8 AM till Sunday at 12 Noon
• Plus -- your hotel room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
  • Single Occupancy -- $390
  • Double Occupancy -- $240
  • Triple Occupancy -- $190
  • Quad Occupancy -- $165

Hotel Package #2
Friday/Saturday/Sunday Crop & Hotel Package

• Friday from 8 AM till Sunday at 12 Noon
• Plus -- your hotel room for Friday and Saturday nights
  • Single Occupancy -- $290
  • Double Occupancy -- $180
  • Triple Occupancy -- $150
  • Quad Occupancy -- $130

Hotel Package #3
Saturday/Sunday Crop & Hotel Package

• Saturday from 8 AM till Sunday at 12 Noon
• Plus -- your hotel room for Saturday night
  • Single Occupancy -- $160
  • Double Occupancy -- $120
  • Triple Occupancy -- $110
  • Quad Occupancy -- $100

How do the Hotel Packages work:  

• If you want attend the Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday crop and you want to room with 2 scrapping friends (there will be a total of 3 scrappers in your hotel room), then you and your roommates will each need to register for the Hotel Package #1 (T/F/S/S) -- Triple Occupancy.
• All scrappers staying in the same hotel room are required to register for the same package.  The hotel package prices are based on the number of scrappers sharing a hotel room.
• When you register for a Hotel Package and are rooming with other scrappers, each person will register for the same Hotel Package.

What happens if I registered for a "Triple Occupancy" hotel package and only 2 of us registers for the event?  

• "Adjustments" Example:  If you register for a "Triple Occupancy" and have specified that there will be a total of 3 scrappers in your hotel room and 1 (or more) of those scrappers do not register for the event prior to the "Balance Due" date, then your package will be adjusted to reflect the total number of registered scrappers in your hotel room.  On the balance due date, your balance due will be adjusted to reflect the total number of scrappers who have registered and are staying in the same hotel room.
• On the Balance Due Date, we can no longer guarantee that we can hold the crop seat for your unregistered roommate(s).

What do I do now?  There were 4 of us registered for the Hotel Package #1 (T/F/S/S) -- Quad Occupancy and now one of our roommates had to cancel.... 

• There are two options.  
  • The first option is to find someone to replace your roommate.  Contact Gulf Coast Scrappers (judy@gulfcoastscrappers.com) and verify that the crop seat is still available and let us know that you have another friend that is interested in taking the spot of your cancelled roommate.  If the crop seat is still available, then your new roommate will need to register for the event online.
  • The second option -- if you do not know of another scrapper that can take the roommates place, then the registration of the remaining scrappers will be adjusted to the correct package.
